Job Description

About The RoleHere at CarFinance 247 we are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Co-ordinatorto join our team.The Customer Support Co-ordinatoris responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to the Dealerships, providing a high qualityof customerservice and support. As the Customer Support Co-ordinator, you will administer all aspects of the dealership set up process and enhance the relationships between our sales and support functions.Responsibilitiesfor the Customer Support Co-ordinator:

  • Conduct yourself in a manner that upholds and promotes the CarFinance 247 guiding principles and behaviours.
  • Ensure that our dealers experience a high level of service and support from CarFinance 247 by supporting the full dealer journey - including all aspects of Dealer Setup, Dealer Reviews and Car Search administration.
  • Handle account queries from dealerships around Billing and any related Credit Control administration as required.
  • Monitor Dealer Setup requests and work to business SLAs when setting up new dealers.
  • Support the relationship between CF247 and our dealers, working with Dealer Sales and support functions as necessary.
  • Organise your workload in an effective way and manage your time efficiently to be as productive as possible.
  • Actively contribute to your team in a positive way, inspiring and encouraging each other towards team targets.
  • Achieve linking targets by taking ownership of dealer accounts and contacting dealers to confirm referrals or respond to queries where required.
  • Effective communication internally and externally including by telephone and email.
  • Answer inbound calls from our dealers and internal departments within CarFinance 247.
  • Make outbound calls to dealers.
  • Log all dealer interactions using our CRM systems.
  • Cleanse the dealer database.
About The Candidate
  • Experience in a telephony based role and delivering a high level of service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritise workload and use initiative.
  • Conscientious and able to work with attention to detail.
