Customer Service - Webchat - Wythenshawe, M23 Trafford -£22,000 - Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30 (work from home 1-2 days per week!)WEBCHAT/EMAIL/SOCIAL MEDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WEEKEND WORK, IMMEDIATE, NEW OFFICES IN WYTHENSHAWE, TRAFFORD!Due to huge investment we are expanding our Insurance Customer Service Webchat team and are on the lookout for ambitious outgoing people to join us for the ride! This is an opportunity to join a thriving insurance business and the chance to progress yourcareer rapidly!For the role of Inbound Customer Service Webchat you will receive:

  • A basic salary of £22,000

Do you want an Insurance based Inbound Customer Webchat dealing with web chat, emails social media and inbound callsIf so, this could be the role for you!The role of Webchat Customer Service involves speaking to existing customers about their insurance via social media, emails, web chat, some inbound calls directing them to the right area of the business and ensuring that they receive world class customerservice.For the role of Webchat Customer Service, we require:
  • Some form of administration or customer service experience whether that be in a call centre, hospitality or retail environment
  • People with energy, who are great at administration and customer service
  • The ability to deal with social media, emails, web chat and calls
  • A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
