Join us as a Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative based in our office right in the heart of Manchesters thriving city centre, youll be part of a team focused on customer satisfaction, where youll be measured and rewarded for doing just that! As a Customer Service Representative, you will become a valued member of our team and receive all the training you need to do your job with confidence and skill. What will my duties be Youll be a vital part of the team servicing our Insurance customers. Youll speak to new and existing customers, making sure they receive a professional service. Through listening attentively and being the friendly voice customers expect, youll be able toidentify which Insurance products and services are best for them. Its a regulated environment, so there will always be a focus on accuracy. What is the salary and hours A highly competitive annual salary of £20,000 per annum is on offer, coupled with a generous shift allowance. There is also the additional benefit of being enrolled into our bonus scheme which consists of an average take home bonus of £1,800 per year, but topperformers can achieve a bonus as high as £3,000! The role is Full Time and Permanent, 37.5 hours a week. Candidates will work on a shift basis and must be available to work between the following times: Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, Saturdays 8am-5pm and Sundays 9am-4pm. You will work 1 in 2 weekends.We offer a Hybrid Working model after completion of training (4-6 weeks) which encompasses 2 days working in the office & 3 days working from home.You will also receive state of the art equipment and technology to complete the role to the best of your ability from home!We are looking for the right candidate to start on the 29th November 2021 What benefits are there We offer 30 days holiday (inc Bank Holidays) with the ability to buy and sell more days.
