Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will play a key role completing administrative tasks which provide an important link between the team and customers, as well as internal departments, to ensure the Company delivers an excellent customer experience andachieves objectives.Client DetailsBased in Trafford Park, Manchester since the 1980s, this client is now a world leading manufacturing and production company for chemicals through the latest technology since starting in the 1980s.DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include but not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that company standards for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service are maintained in all customer interactions
  • Complete day to day administrative tasks
ProfileThe successful candidate for the Customer Service Representative role will have:
  • Experience and proven track record in sales administration, sales support or customer relationship management in a B2B environment (ideally from a manufacturing and production background)
  • Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
Job OfferWhat the client is offering:
  • Salary on offer is £26k

  • 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
