Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeJob Location: WythenshaweJob Package: £21,000 + monthly bonus, OTE £32,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30 (Work from home up to 2 days per week!)NO COLD CALLING, NO WEEKEND WORK, IMMEDIATE START, NEW OFFICES IN WYTHENSHAWE!Due to huge investment we are expanding our Customer Service Representative team and are on the lookout for ambitious outgoing people to join us for the ride! This is an opportunity to join a thriving insurance business and the chance to progress your careerrapidly!For the role of Customer Service Representative you will receive:

  • A basic salary of up to £22,000
  • A bonus scheme with average commission of £1200 per month!

Do you want a Customer Service Representative role with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission from warm inbound enquiries from the websiteIf so, this could be the role for you!The role for Customer Service Representative involves calling customers who have made an enquiry on the website or who have come in the op 2 results of a price comparison search. You will be responsible for any queries and walking the customers through thesaleFor the role of Customer Service Representative, we require:
  • Experience of working over the phone
  • FCA experience is preferred but not essential
  • People with energy, who are great at customer service
  • The ability to deal with inbound calls and emails
  • A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
