Job DescriptionCUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (NOT CALL CENTRE) required for a TEXTILES HOME FURNISHINGS BRAND AND SUPPLIER - GREATER MANCHESTEROur client a highly successful brand and supplier of textiles and home furnishings to the likes of AMAZON, WAYFAIR, MATALAN, TK MAXX, EBAY etc are now looking to recruit.They are looking for an organised individual experienced in customer service and administration to join a small but busy team your duties would be as follows:-The Role:* The primary purpose of the role is to provide first class customer service to clients and customers* Processing orders* Ensuring delivery schedules are met* Responding to queries over the phone and via email* Problem solving* Chasing late deliveries* Dealing with returns* Dealing with complaints * Managing existing accounts of the companyRequired Experience:* Excellent communication skills required* Ambitious as prospects for progression are vast* It is essential that the relevant candidate is a natural organiser, with the ability to work independently and proactively.* The candidate must be able to prioritise their workload effectively throughout the dayFurther Details:* Salary: £18k (dependent on experience)* Hours: 9am-5.15pm* Holidays: 28 days (inc bank)Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer Required skills
