Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE CANDIDATE NEEDED FOR EXCITING LEGAL COMPANY!ROLE: Customer Service Executive WHERE: Manchester - Spinngfields WHEN: Monday - Friday - Full Time Office Based SALARY: £25,000 per annumBENEFITS: Great company / Clear progression / Early finishes once a month / Social team / 25 days holiday / Christmas close downDUTIES:

  • To act in a professional and courteous manner at all times to maximise the client experience.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the departments and the type(s) of work that they primarily deal with.
  • Communicate with clients regarding their legal queries and guide them to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are picked up promptly by the relevant department, by seeking feedback on a regular basis.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to build trust and ensure repeat custom and client recommendations.
  • To use all methods of customer communication, including phone calls, email and text messaging to capture business.
  • To take personal responsibility to ensure that the client journey is as smooth and efficient as possible.
  • General administration
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Understanding of the legal sector - desirable
  • Degree level educated - preferably within Law but not necessary
  • Previous experience within customer service
  • Confident, forward thinking and a team player
  • IT literate with use of MS Packages
