Job Description

Customer Service Executive - Wythenshawe, Trafford - £22,000, OTE £34,000 - Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WEEKEND WORK, IMMEDIATE, NEW OFFICES IN WYTHENSHAWE TRAFFORD!Due to huge investment we are expanding our Insurance Customer Service team and are on the lookout for ambitious outgoing people to join us for the ride! This is an opportunity to join a thriving insurance business and the chance to progress your careerrapidly!For the role of Customer Service Advisor you will receive:

  • A basic salary of £22,000
  • A bonus scheme with average commission of £1200 per month!

The role for Customer Service Retentions Advisor involves speaking to existing customers who are coming to the last 2 months of their existing insurance policy and getting the policy renewedFor the role of Customer Service Advisor, we require:
  • 1 years experience in a phone based customer service or sales role
  • People with energy, who are great at customer service
  • The ability to deal with outbound/inbound calls and emails
  • A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
