Job Description

You will be a key player in providing high quality service through inbound calls providing a positive customer journey amongst new and existing customers. Additionally you will drive conversion of new business, support existing accounts and retention ofrenewals to achieve KPIs and targets.Client DetailsOur client is a great Insurance business based in Wythenshawe, they offer a variety of services to support majority of its customers needs. Employee culture and development is something they really pride on and would support the next Customer Service Executivein their next steps and positive employee morale.DescriptionAs a Customer Service Executive you will be mainly offering excellent sales and service experience but also and not limited to;

  • Handle a range of inbound calls to both new and existing customers, responding to enquiries
  • Retain customers who do not wish to renew and follow the correct processes for cancellations
  • Work well in a team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Demonstrate knowledge of brands
  • Deliver quality service inline with FCA requirements
ProfileAs a Customer Service Executive, you will be/have;
  • Previous experience in a contact centre/customer service role
  • Ability to communicate well in written and verbal format
  • Preferably worked in insurance business
  • Confident to handle objections
Job OfferIn return, our client can offer;
  • £22,000 Salary
  • Monday to Friday working 9-5.30pm
  • Uncapped commission - opportunity to earn additional £5000 per annum
