Job Description

Contact Centre AdvisorSalary: £20,319 per annum + Shift Allowance + Bonus (average £1,800 however, top performers could earn up to £3,000 per annum)Hours: Full Time - Permanent 37.5 hours per week Shifts between Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm Saturdays 8am - 5pm Sundays 9am - 4pm Hybrid Working model after completion of training (4-6 weeks) which encompasses 2 days working in the office & 3 days working from home.Location: Manchester (Arndale Centre) OverviewWorking at Markerstudy in our brand-new vibrant office which is situated in the heart of Manchester city centre, youll be part of a team focussed on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Customer Service Team, youll play a vital role when it comes to offering a great service to our insurance customers. Youll speak to new and existing customers, making sure they receive a professional service. Through listening attentivelyand being the friendly voice customers expect, youll be able to identify which Insurance products and services are best for them.Its a regulated environment, so there will always be a focus on accuracy.Are you someone who can:

Skills/ExperienceThis role will suit anyone who has previously worked in a customer service type position, whether that be dealing with customers in a retail or hospitality environment, or maybe youve worked with customers over the phone.
