Job Description

What you will doAs a Service Contract Coordinator based in Manchester, you are the primary contact for our Field Line Managers and Maintenance customers. You are responsible for the day to day operational activities associated to all elements of maintaining our contractbase which includes new contract set up, creating visits in line with the customer requirements, reviewing completed visits and associated documents, processing invoices and other general administrative tasks.What we offer

How you will do itAs a Service Contract coordinator you will keep both the internal and external customers informed at all times on the service you are providing, communication will be a key aspect of your role. You will report to the local regional supervisor and work ona defined scope of activity, covering a specific region of the UK. A key area of your responsibility will be to keep the Regional planners up to date with the visit schedules for all active Maintenance contracts, in addition, you will organise monthly callsand meetings with the Field Line managers.What we look for
