Job Title; Customer Service AdvisorDuration; 3 months ongoingJob Type; Temporary ContractLocation: Office Based in Manchester City CentrePay Rate; £10.19 per hour PAYE**DBS and Credit Check (Basic level) is required for this roleWorking Hours:You will be required to work on a rotational basis of 37.5 hours per week with shift patterns varying between the hours of 8.00am- 10.00pm.Your first week will be training Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, following this you will be aligned to a shift pattern for the week: 1 in 4 shifts will be late shift (2pm - 10pm)Other Shift Patterns are; 8am -4pm, 9am -5pm, 11am -7pm, 2pm -10pmWeekend Working is required, Every Saturday & Sunday during busy periods with pre-arranged lieu days in the week. During quieter periods candidates will be expected to work 2 in 4 weekends * (Please note this is dependent on workload and cannot be guaranteed)Role OverviewMy Client, Coop Group in Manchester are recruiting Customer Services Advisors to join their officesin central Manchester.The role involves providing customer support across Coops Funeralcare & Ecommerce/Food departments.Full training will be provided however, you will need a good understanding of IT systems and previous experience in a contact centre/customer facing role is essential.You will be working in a state-of-the-art office based 2 minutes away from Victoria train and tram station and 3 minutes away from Shudehill bus station. The office has a fully equipped gym and 2 restaurants and coffeehouses in addition to an onsite shopand post office.ROLE PURPOSE
