Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service AgentJob Location: Wytehnshawe, TraffordJob Package: £20,000 basic DOE plus monthly bonus, OTE £27,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WEEKEND WORK, IMMEDIATE NEW OFFICES IN WYTHENSHAWE TRAFFORD!For the role of Customer Service Agent you will receive:

  • A basic salary of up to £20,000
  • A bonus scheme with average commission of £500 per month!

We are looking for talented Customer Service Agents for our expanding team in Wythenshawe, Trafford!Do you want a Customer Service role with the opportunity to earn good monthly bonuses for your call quality without the pressure of sales targetsAre you passionate about customer service and have an interest in insuranceAre you a customer service driven personIf so, this could be the role for you!The role for Customer Service Agent involves speaking to existing customers about their insurance and quotes, and ensuring that they receive world class customer service.   • 1 years experience in a call centre environment is essential
  • FCA or Insurance experience preferred
  • People with energy, who are great at customer service
  • The ability to deal with inbound calls and emails
  • A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
