Themethods of transportation used include dedicated aircraft and helicopter charter, on board courier service, express airfreight and dedicated vehicles. They offer a service open 24 hours per day / 365 days per year.Customer Service Agent Job role:You will work within the operations team,You will take requests from clients,Analyse the delivery options open to them,Cost out these options and respond to the client,Once the client has given the go - ahead, it will be your responsibility to arrange the necessary transportation to ensure that the deadline agreed is achieved.This means working closely with the companys partners in the UK and other offices throughout Europe ensuring complete monitoring from door to door.Customer service Agent Training:You will be trained in all aspects of the role including the use of the companys in house systems.RequirementsPreferably you will have some experience of road and or air transport services. A keen eye for detail and accuracy is important as well as the ability to be productive while in a fast paced environment.
