Job Description

Were looking for a Customer Service Agent to work for our client, one of the UKs leading debt recovery groups. You would be joining specialists in the recovery of outstanding parking charges, based in modern offices just off the M60 in Denton, Tameside.This is a full-time permanent role, 37.5 hours per week on a rota with shifts falling between 0830 - 1900. Applicants must be able to work the full range of shift patterns, occasionally including Saturday mornings.Offering a starting salary of £19,000 plus OTE of £28,000 and realistic earnings of £32,000. Fantastic benefits package including company pension scheme, employee assistance programme, onsite parking, regular social events, plus an extensive training and developmentprogramme.You will need previous experience working in a dedicated collections / credit control position and/or experience call handling to a high standard in a high-volume environment.--- The RoleAs a Customer Service Agent you will be resolving low value outstanding parking charges from individuals, predominantly dealing with inbound calls, managing difficult conversations in a sensitive and professional manner, with first call resolution.You will be tasked with- Entering accurate records of customer interactions- Following processes and guidelines to deliver great service- Achieving personal and team targets in a fast-paced contact centre environment---The Candidate- Experience working in a credit control / collections position or as part of a high-volume contact centre- The ability to remain calm when under pressure- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and professional telephone manner- The ability to treat all clients and colleagues in a fair and appropriate manner- Proactive approach, organised and efficient- Ability to grasp knowledge quickly as well as work independently---The CompanyThe leading provider of debt recovery services for the private parking sector, offering the highest recovery rate in the industry.
