Customer Services AgentFull timeMiddleton, Manchester12-month Maternity CoverJW Lees have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join the established Customer Service team based from our Greengate Brewery in Manchester. Customer Service Agent specification:Due to the nature of this role, we would be looking for candidates who specifically match our essential requirements stated below:
  • A minimum of two years experience working within a Customer Service environment.
  • IT literate, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office packages and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Organised and can prioritise and manage duties effectively.
  • Warm, friendly and approachable and able to represent the business in a professional manner.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude.
Customer Service Agent Requirements:
  • Ensuring all customers are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner via phone, email or face to face
  • Build excellent relationships with customers
  • Ensure that all customer records are up to date on NAV
  • Keeping up-to-date with all the latest products and promotions.
  • Engaging with Department Incentives
  • Upselling / Cross selling
  • Managing Customer Call diaries.
  • Managing workload in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively with colleagues to deliver the goals and objectives of the team
  • Working closely with various Department throughout the business
  • Dealing with any customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Achieving set KPIs and Customer Service Levels and Standards
  • Attending off site meetings and supporting with business events
