Job Details; Customer Service AdvisorStart Date; 8th December Duration; 02/02/2021Hourly rate £9.99 per hourWeekly PayCustomer Service Temporary Contract based in Manchester City Centre, paying £9.99 per hour PAYEMy Client, Coop Group in Manchester are recruiting Customer Services Advisor to join their offices in central Manchester.You will be working in a state of the art office based 2 minutes away from Victoria train and tram station and 3 minutes away from Shudehill bus station. The office has a fully equipped gym and has 2 restaurants and coffeehouses in addition to an onsite shop and post office.Following training, core hours are Monday - Friday 8.00am - 8pm ( on shifts) , weekends (2 in 4) are applicable. You will receive your rotas 2 - 4 weeks in advance however a degree of flexibility is required as demand can change quite quickly within this working environment.A good understanding of IT systems is required and experience in a contact centre is essential.
