Job Description

This organisation is a dynamic software organisation focusing on developing and delivering their cloud based subscription platform that enables businesses to simply manage and monitor their people, processes, stocks and schedules, in every location, at every moment, of every day.They are growing quickly with teams in the UK, India, and the Philippines. The HQ team in Manchester has a diverse culture, combining 8 different nationalities.Due to growth and further investment, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who can engage, build rapport, empathise and deliver exceptional levels of customer care to our existing customers. Experience in a troubleshooting environment will be advantageous. However, working as a team and having the ability to articulate products and services is crucial.The role will have you engaging with customers who require technical support on our products and services. You will keep the customer informed of any fixes or updates whilst working with our Product and Development teams to resolve support requests. You will work with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication, gather feedback to help improve customer service culture and customer experience.Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working against a service level agreement
  • Problem solving and fault-finding skills.
