Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorTrafford Park£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experienceMonday - Friday, 37.5 hours between 8am and 6pmHybrid - 1 day working from homeOffice Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client based in the Trafford Park area.Duties will include:

  • Dealing with all incoming customer queries via phone and email
  • Tracking the progress of queries using the ticketing system
  • Advise on faults
  • Using and updating the internal CRM
  • Keeping customers updated throughout all processes
  • Liaising with other departments internally
  • Develop knowledge of all products and services
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ideally experience using a ticketing system
  • A solid work history
  • First class telephone manner
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new software quickly
  • Able to work in a busy environment
