Youll take ownership of customer requests, managing them efficiently using a ticketing system. Your role is pivotal inmaintaining the stellar reputation of the company and fostering confidence in its products and services.Ideal candidates should have a minimum of one years experience in customer services or a call centre, be adept at using ticket systems, and possess outstanding communication skills.
