Job Description

My client based in Droylsden are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their hardworking and friendly team.Salary: £22,600paHours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with a 3pm finish every other FridayKey Duties:

  • Dealing with emails from customers answering queries
  • Liaising with customers over the phone
  • Working closely with other departments
  • Logging queries on inhouse computer systems
  • Compiling letters and emails to send out to customers
  • Chasing up queries in line with SLAs
  • Filingm scanning and reception cover when needed
  • All other duties as required
Experience Required:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • High attention to detail
  • Great customer service skills and able to deal with queries and complaints
  • Hardworking and punctual
