We know that together we achieve more so we work with a range of like-minded partners to deliver positive change incommunities and improve lives.We currently have opportunities available for a Customer Service Advisor to join us to deal with all incoming and follow up contact from customers who have an enquiry or a service request; promoting a customer first culture whilst ensuring that service levelsand standards are maintained.Within the roles, you will be expected to liaise with customers directly through a variety of contact methods including Phone, Email, Web-Chat and Facebook, acting as the first point of contact on a day to day basis and ensuring that all enquiries are resolvedto a satisfactory outcome as efficiently and effectively as possible.You must also input, collate and record customer information accurately using a variety of IT systems and ensure that all KPI/SLA targets are actively worked towards and achieved in a positive manner.With a good standard of education and experience in a customer service environment, you will have a background in the operation of computerised data base systems and strong IT skills in the use of Microsoft office software (specifically Outlook, Word).
