Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service AdvisorJob Location: Wythenshawe, TraffordJob Salary: £22,000, OTE £27,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WEEKEND WORK, IMMEDIATE, NEW OFFICES IN WYTHENSHAWE TRAFFORD!Due to huge investment we are expanding our Insurance Customer Service team and are on the lookout for ambitious outgoing people to join us for the ride! This is an opportunity to join a thriving insurance business and the chance to progress your careerrapidly!For the role of Insurance Inbound Customer Service Advisor you will receive:

  • A basic salary of £22,000
  • A bonus scheme with average commission of £500 per month!

The role for Insurance Customer Service Advisor involves speaking to existing customers about their insurance and quotes, and ensuring that they receive world class customer service. There will also be an element of retention in the role meaning you canearn a performance related bonus each month. As a market leading insurance company you must be professional and career minded!For the role of Customer Service Advisor, we require:
  • 1 years experience in a call centre environment is essential
  • FCA or Insurance experience preferred
  • People with energy, who are great at customer service
  • The ability to deal with inbound calls and emails
  • A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
