What Are We Looking For:
  • Experience Ideally you will have worked in a call or contact centre based role and have experience of either handling calls, responding to e-mails, replying to social media enquiries or resolving live chat queries
  • Skills You will be able to build rapport with customers, ask the right questions and hold conversation with the customer
  • Personality We loveBIGpersonalities andBOLDcharacters. We want our customers to remember us and to tell everyone about our business so we need the brightest personalities on our front line
  • Industry Whilst we are open to candidates fromANYindustry, if you have worked in the travel or tourism industry then we would love to hear from you
  • Location Whilst we have adapted to WFH, we still love to meet up in the office. You will need to be able to commute to Manchester City Centre at least once per week
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Handlingenquires via multiple contact channelstelephone, live chat, email and social media.
  • Takingownership and resolving customer queries in a confident manner.
  • Identifyingcustomers needs through asking the right questions and selecting the right solutions to match the customer requirements or resolve their queries.
  • Processingcustomer requested amendments to their upcoming holiday.
  • Achievingset call centre KPIs and targets
  • Workingas a key member of a team but also being able to work independently
  • Increasingthe loyalty of our customers by making sure they have complete satisfaction through effective communication
  • Communicatingabout our products, brand and destination to our customers with absolute confidence and knowledge
