Do you thrive working as part of a small, close-knit team Do you have a strong background in Customer Service, with an ability to work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure Then this could be the role for you. I am recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join a family-run Healthcare company based in the Wythenshawe area, near Manchester Airport. Paying a basic salary up to GBP24k, the role also includes up to a 10% bonus and Free parking on site. Thisis a full time position working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. I am keen to speak to candidates who have previous experience working in a customer service focused role. Previous order processing environment would be highly desirable, but isnt essential. What will you be doing as Customer Service AdministratorBe the first point of contact within the team by telephone/email for any customer queries Take and process customer orders/queries via telephone/website/email, Sending invoices/statements/credit notes both on request and periodically Updating customer records on the CRM system Open any new customer accounts and update customer record details with any relevant account changes Taking ownership of any queries or complaints, displaying a high level of customer service and manage through to resolution General office duties (franking, filing, photocopying, ordering stationary etc) Any other ad-hoc duties as required Customer Service Administrator profile:Previous experience in a customer service focused role Sales order processing experience is preferable Cheerful, proactive, and supportive towards the team.
