Job Description

CUSTOMER INSIGHT ANALYST £25,000 - 35,000MANCHESTER A great opportunity to develop your analytical capabilities and work within a friendly high growth environment!THE COMPANYA rapidly growing education brand focussed on providing customers with feasible part time education and full time career options. The role allows you to be completely customer driven and visibility of the clear influence your analytics has on the customersand organisation!THE ROLEAs an Insight Analyst your focus will be to understand the data from across the business and build solutions, specifically you will have to:

  • Solve business problems through analytics, work in a fast paced environment where new projects and problems are given to you to solve
  • Use Excel and SQL to deep dive into analytics, focus on customer and marketing data and providing the business with a clear understanding of who the customer is
  • Provide insights to a range of stakeholders, present your findings and feel your influence in the business
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong Excel abilities and analytics capabilities - exposure to SQL is a big plus
  • Willingness to learn and challenge your own abilities
  • Great communicator and able to talk to a range of stakeholders in the business
