Job Description

As a Customer Contact Officer you will be first point of contact to customer via multi-channels, assisting and logging any concerns or queries they may have.Client DetailsBased in Manchester. This client is a not for profit housing organisation.DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Customer Contact Officer will include but not limited to:

  • First line support for our clients customers via mutli-channels, i.e. phone, live chat and email.
  • Responding to a range of customer and colleague queries which will include raising repairs, rent account management, tenancy related issues, ASB queries, re-housing advice and complaints.
  • Ensure that services are delivered in line with our clients policies and procedures.
  • General ad-hoc duties when and as required.
ProfileThe successful candidate for the Customer Contact Officer role will have:
  • Have a contact centre background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • To understand the customers requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
  • Strong IT skills
