  • MondayThursday 09:00-18:00 or 11:00-20:00
  • Fridays 09:00-15:00 or 10:30-16:30
Training hours are 09:00-18:00, Monday in the office and the rest will be working from home. You will be in office training for your first 2-weeksyou cannot have holidays during this time. This is a company where the customer is always at the heart of everything they do they are dedicated to providing practical and professional help in every aspect of managing finances with a wide range of different debt solutions.Role SummaryTo contact potential customers who have sought debt advice through our clients various channels, collate high level customer information and transfer them to a Debt Solutions Adviser.Role and Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls in response to customer enquiries
  • Ensure that all call-backs are actioned on time and at customers request
  • Attain and maintain competence under company policy
  • Achieve individual daily, weekly, and monthly key performance targets as well as contributing to the overall departmental targets
  • Ensure calls are compliant and the call structure provided is followed at all times
  • To take inbound calls as and when required
  • Undertake any further duties determined as reasonable and necessary in the fulfilment of the role
About You!
  • Excellent communication skills (Confidence - has the ability to proactively build customer relationships)
  • Self-motivated/Self Driven
  • Previous experience of working in a call focused role
  • Passionate about delivering positive outcomes for customers
