CRO SPECIALISTMANCHESTER (REMOTE WORKING)£30,000-£35,000 + BENEFITSA great opportunity to join a new and growing team taking on all of their optimisation responsibilities.THE COMPANY:A large retail group with a big analytics function. They are looking to grow their digital analytics sector and consistently improve their customer experience.THE ROLE:You will be working on optimisation projects across brands as part of a centralised team. This will involve working with the rest of the team to build an optimisation strategy and testing plan. You will run ab/mv tests and analyse results (Monetate) as well as being responsible for reporting back to stakeholders making recommendations to improve conversion and user experience.This role allows you to have direct impact on the business, making recommendations to top level stakeholders and implementing a data driven environment. You will be the data expert and have excellent ability to communicate it to non-technical audiences.You will need a passion for CRO and an ability to foster a test and learn culture, helping this team evolve.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
