Job Description

CRO Specialist eCommerce AgencyLocation: Remote / Manchester / London ( 1 visit to client site per month)Salary: £55,000 - £60,000The real selling point of this role is the people and training opportunities. SO many businesses over promise and under deliver in these two areas; culture and personal development.Having met the hiring manager myself and talked at length about his passion for nurturing people and his approach to rewarding through responsibility - I can vouch for the sincere, thoughtful and valued approach they take to upskilling and growing greatanalytical talent.Working for this regional ecommerce marketing agency you will not only work with the obvious retail clients that are currently gearing up their ecommerce platforms, post Covid, but also some really interesting clients from the likes of travel and tourism,public service and printed media which make this opportunity truly one where you can diversify your CRO experience; working with a variety of data, people and industries.Within this role you will be the go to person for defining the CRO strategic vision and development process, providing recommendations on how to improve their customers websites performance.Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders and customers to inform the CRO vision and strategy
  • Develop, own, and execute CRO backlog using data to determine areas of focus
  • Translate experiment backlog features into well-defined CRO specifications including features and logic definition
  • Primary communicator and link between stakeholders and customers
  • Mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
  • Lead the test plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
