I am currently partnering with a rapidly growing tech start up in the e-commerce industry that are set to disrupt how customers book interactive experiences across the globe. If you would like to lead the UX of an-up-and coming tech business and have a massive impact on their booking conversion rate, please read on…..As an RPO Developer you will be responsible for improving the booking conversation rate and making the appropriate changes to their core websites, working with React.js. They are looking for CRO Developer who enjoys front-end Development and Conversion rate testing, is passionate about trying new things, is analytical and wants a challenge.The role will involve you taking ownership of the UX, planning and then coding changes into their platform based on data research before running A/B tests. You will be following an agile methodology and will be getting stuck in from day 1, working on new code to deploy.They really look after their staff and have a fantastic office space in Manchester City Centre with games rooms, and a drinks fridge. However since lockdown started they have taken a more remote working approach and are happy for developer to spend most of their work week at home with 1 day in the office per week. They have a really sociable team who regally go for team meals out and are now looking to do more social weekends away.This is a great opportunity for someone who likes a challenge as well as learning new technologies and ways of working as they offer a training budget for each of their developers to attend technical courses and conferences.Their tech stack: React.js, Node.js, Typscript, PHP and AWS.Essential skills:U/B TestingJavaScript AgileAnalysisDesirable skills:ReactThe role is paying up to £50k with the following benefits: Working from home 4 days per week, Flexitime working (core hours 10-4), company pension, share options and fast career progression.
