Job Description

CRM ManagerManchesterI’m currently supporting a well-established B2C business that is continuing to grow and due to some exciting recent investment has created this CRM Manager vacancy to sit within the already very successful Marketing dept. This is a strong business that is performing well, with further scope for growth in the UK.Key responsibilities of the CRM Manager:- Working closely with the new enquiry acquisition team to repurpose, re-engage and reignite interest and enquiries from the leads that are generated but do not convert first time.- The delivery of set targets each month of enquiries being generated from the database.- Playing a crucial role in the decision-making process of which marketing communications platform would be best for the business.- Lead on the implementation of said marketing communications platform.- Develop, plan and execute several customer journeys for each of the businesses – including but not restricted to onboarding, data base building, customer satisfaction, regular outreach and customer newsletters.- Co-ordinating the communication of launches, specific campaigns and regular offers.- To segment and identify various customer groups within the databases, so that targeted campaigns can be run effectively.- Ensure the growth of the databases always outweighs any loss through unsubscribes.Who they’re looking for:- A team player with a genuine desire to build solid internal relationships within the team and wider business- Good stakeholder management and an ability to be dynamic and multi-task when working on multiple brands / clients- Great attention to detail and a desire to deliver the best work they possibly can- A friendly, personable nature with a work hard attitude to get the job done- 2-3 years of experience within a CRM role- Experience of using both email and SMS for marketing- Experience of planning, coordinating and executing CRM campaigns- Be used to working to and exceeding targetsPlease get in touch immediately with your CV to be considered
