Job Description

Do you have CRM management experience, and are you seeking a new hybrid working job in Manchester If so, wed love to hear from you! Harnham is helping a collaborative company recruit a dedicated and inclusive CRM Manager to join their welcoming and talentedteam. This full-time CRM management role comes with an attractive salary of £50,000 and many fantastic benefits.As a CRM Manager, you will manage a team of two or three in a high growth and innovative environment. You will also own the CRM roadmap and be involved in long-term key decisions.In your first few weeks in this CRM Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Develop a test-and-learn culture and use data to guide campaigns
  • Identify new areas for new campaigns on the back of reporting and analysis
  • Work with stakeholders from around the business to highlight campaign successes, personalisation and audience segmentation
  • Assist with campaign build and utilise analytics to drive campaign strategy
To apply for this CRM management job, you must be proficient in at least one CRM tool (Salesforce, Adobe Campaign/Oracle). You will also require a background in e-commerce, and be creative and detailed when engaging stakeholders. In addition, you shouldhave an analytical mindset with skills in Excel, and SQL would be a big plus.
