Job Description

CRM ManagerLocation | Workplace Policy: Hybrid working from Manchester officeSalary: Available upon requestWe are currently working with the number 1 retail Group that continues to defy industry standards, and without doubt is reinventing the shopper experience both in store & online.As a group, in a year where others have struggled and have announced losses and share crashes, they have recently announced a year-on-year increase in revenues by 45%, crazy!And with huge plans in place for their digital channels, a strategic decision has been made to build a new centralised digital team here in Manchester looking after their pureplay brands and have key hires to make.In short, there simply is no better time to join this leader!The role: Driven by significant backing from venture capitalists and a fantastic return on investment through high-performing metrics across customer-facing products, our client needs a tactical CRM expert to develop and implement a well-thought out CRM strategy forthe brans household name retail partners.A collaborative managerial role to the core, youll work cross functionally with Trading, Marketing, Brand, Creative and Technology to help deliver successful, seamless CRM campaigns that will all yield tangible results.In addition, you will also:

  • Oversee the successful management of a team of CRM execs
  • Develop ongoing test and learn plans to continually improve CRM communications
  • Support your team and ensure that are optimisation CRM activities
  • Deliver regular reports of CRM campaign and database performance, whilst also offering suggestion of how to improve
  • Oversee the email service provider and ensure operations are finetuned
  • Take control of the automated email strategy
  • Maintain legal compliance of the customer database
  • Remain aware of wider industry and email marketing trends
What skills do you need
  • Similar experience in a CRM managerial role in an analytical or numerate environment
  • Excellent leadership skills that can nurture and support others
  • Widespread knowledge of CRM platforms/ESPs/marketing automation programmes
  • Comfortable owning your own workload
  • Capable of managing, manipulating, and gaining meaningful insights from large data sets
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Prior background working in data analysis and segmentation
