Job Description

CRM MANAGER £55,000 - 65,000 REMOTETake on an autonomous CRM role in a thriving gaming brand investing in marketing and the future of online gaming. A flexible and forward thinking brand and a role with all the perks of working in computer games!THE COMPANY Computer game specialist who understand the importance of good marketing and good analytics. Work on new tools, be subject to quality training and play games on a daily basis!THE ROLEAs the CRM Manager your focus will be to build and develop the CRM strategy, specifically you will have to:

  • Develop and implement the marketing plan through CRM strategy, ensuring an omnichannel strategy and an understanding of the customer
  • Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models
  • Focus on customer loyalty, life time value and churn, how can you ensure customers subscribe and how can you use data to provide insights!
  • Use SQL to query data and work with large data sets to extract insights and new ways to increase the optimisation of current CRM Strategy
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong Excel/SQL to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
  • Experience using a campaign management tool, Adobe campaign, Salesforce
  • Experience of Braze is ideal
  • Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
