The Customer Retention team plays an important part in reaching this goal, by using campaign delivery tools to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns. You’ll hold responsibility for creating and delivering successful multi-channel marketing activity, with the overall objective of increasing customer engagement and supporting the delivery of our customer retention targets. We’re not just looking for a "doer" but a proactive thinker, who can learn from past results and continually evolve our campaigns to improve on results.
