Job Description

CRM EXECUTIVE LONDON (remote first - approx. once a month)£25,000 - £30,000 + benefitsThis is a fantastic opportunity to work as a CRM Executive, joining the CRM team occasionally in the London office of this educational tech company. With the chance to continue your CRM experience with a unique and interesting company, this position wouldbe perfect for any Junior CRM Executive looking for their next step into a brilliant company.THE COMPANY:This is a unique company providing technology impact-as-a-service solutions within the education sector. With this companys unique offerings across digital options, this role would provide excellent experience to add to your CV and further your skillset.THE ROLE:As the CRM Executive, you will be joining the CRM team as well as working with other CRM Executives and the wider Marketing team. You can expect to:

  • Assist in the creation of all customer communications, working closely with the wider Marketing team to support the best digital campaigns for different clients
  • Design the customer journey for the different communication channels
  • Design and build campaigns from initial concept through to execution, as well as optimise the existing ones
  • Work on the customer activation journeys, in order to understand customer retention and LTV
  • Use segmentation techniques to select audiences to target emails to the right customers, ensuring that customers receive appropriate levels of contact.
  • Constantly review email performance, at weekly, periodic, and total campaign levels to advise the business on CRM performance and provide fact-based recommendations.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous commercial experience in a similar role
  • Previous CRM experience, working on customer selections and email, SMS, or direct mail campaigns
  • Understanding of marketing metrics/KPIs
  • Preferably some experience or interest in SQL, HTML, visualisation
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
  • £25,000 - £30,000
