Collaboration is essential as youll be working with a team of experienced credit controllers, ensuring timely payments and managing queries.As a member of our Credit Control team, youll drive the collection of aged debt, resolve disputes, and maintain financial stability.   • Pro-active credit control completed by email, phone, customer portals or face to face meetings.
  • Timely processing of claims and deductions
  • Follow up deductions with the business to ensure that all queries / claims are validated / invalidated in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with sales team, PBS colleagues and wider business to deliver to targets.
  • Daily updating of SAP with collection / claim activities undertaken
  • Ensure that the collections process for your accounts is working effectively. Resolve issues with customers with disputed invoices and ensure timely follow up of unpaid items.
As a Credit Controller, youll need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be collaborative.
