You will be working for a well established, forward thinking professional services business based in Manchester City Centre who are seeking a skilled Credit Control to join their vibrant finance team. The business boasts a highly respectable staff retentionrate particularly within finance which ist something you often come across. This comes from the warm energy the team bring as well as the family feel culture across the business. This is a full time, permanent job with flexibility on working hours 8-.4.30 /8.30-5 or 9-5.30) as well as hybrid working allowing you to work two days per week from home. You will take ownership of your own ledger with key responsibilities consisting of; proactivechasing of debt, allocating cash, stakeholder management, reporting and much more. A career pathway is also laid out for you, with the view for you to supervise one Credit Controller, giving you the platform to take your career forward. To be considered you must have a strong background in Credit Control. Professional services experience is a bonus but by no means more important than team fit. The company offer a highly competitive benefits package including: 25 days holiday with the option to buy a further 5, generous staff referral bonuses, enhanced paternity & maternity, death in service, income protection, smart casual dress code and a culturethat is second to none. When I went to onsite I immediately felt welcomed and could clearly see a genuine cohesion between staff. The progression route to supervisor is also something that is very hard to come by within Credit with many leaders within Creditbeing stable in their roles its often tricky to find the room to grow.
