Cover Teachers required in TamesideSalary: £85 - £140 per day (depending on experience)Job Type: Flexible Working HoursAre you a dedicated individual with excellent behaviour management skills and a passion for supporting students in their educational journey at a secondary school level If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently recruiting Cover Teachersto send to our secondary schools in Tameside.The school day usually runs from 8:30am to 3:30pm. You must be available between these hours for the role.Key Responsibilities:· Supervise and manage secondary school students during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.· Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain classroom discipline at the secondary school level. Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere where secondary school students can thrive academically.· Adapt to a variety of subjects and year groups within a secondary school setting as required.· Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure the smooth running of the secondary school day.· Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.Requirements:· Strong behaviour management skills are essential, particularly in a secondary school context.· Flexibility to cover a range of secondary school subjects and year groups.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in a secondary school environment.· Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a secondary school, is a plus.· An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position, or willingness to obtain one.Required skills
