VS348/06Cosmetic Surgery Customer Service AdvisorManchester City Centre£18,000 - £21,000 Negotiable, plus commission OTE £23,600 - £27,600Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per weekshift work between 8.00am and 8.00pm, MondayFriday and 1 in 4 Saturdays including some Saturdays 9am3pmOur client is looking for a dynamic, tenacious and customer-service orientated person to join their team.They provide a wide range of procedures & treatments including breast augmentation, breast reduction, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), rhinoplasty, anti-wrinkle treatment, dermal fillers and much more!The past 24 months have been exciting, as they have launched a new brand, new website and brought on many new surgeons & procedures, seeing a 300% increase in activity over the period! The next 12 months promise to be even more exciting, with more new surgeons& procedures and a massive increase on their marketing efforts!As they plan to continue the growth of their cosmetic surgery activity, they are looking for someone new to join the team!This person will be an essential member of the team, working within a fast paced, target driven role dealing with initial enquiries, making outbound calls, and managing inbound calls.You will be a confident, enthusiastic, and determined individual who is able to manage a busy workload and enjoys working towards targets.It is essential that applicants have the following:

  • Previous experience of customer service and making outbound calls from enquiries via website and email is essential.
  • Healthcare experience specifically in cosmetic surgery or aesthetics is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Target driven with a can do attitude.
  • Customer focused.
  • Excellent closing skills.
Duties of this role include:
  • Deal with all patient enquiriesfor cosmetic surgery & aesthetic treatmentsvia the website, email, telephone.
  • Making outbound calls to discuss treatments from enquiries and making conversions
  • Passing enquiries along to the team for bookings
  • Follow up with enquiries in order to maximise the number of appointments and ultimately procedures booked
  • Build rapport with patients
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the services offered and the skillset of each individual surgeon.
  • Various other tasks as required to be necessary for the needs of the business.
