VS369/09Cosmetic Surgery Bookings CoordinatorManchester City CentreSalary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, Plus Commission OTE £27,000Hours: 37.5 hours per weekshift work between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 3pm Saturdays (1 to 2 Saturdays per month). Late shifts can be worked from home, all equipment will be providedConsidering a career move Join our clients Cosmetics team in the exciting world of Cosmetic Surgery & Weight Loss!We are looking for a dynamic, tenacious and customer-service orientated person to join the bookings team.Our client provide a wide range of procedures & treatments including breast augmentation, breast reduction, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), rhinoplasty, anti-wrinkle treatment, dermal fillers and much more.The past 24 months have been really exciting, as they have launched a new brand, new website and brought on many new surgeons & procedures, seeing a 300% increase in activity over the period! The next 12 months promise to be even more exciting, with morenew surgeons & procedures and a massive increase in their marketing efforts.About the roleAs a bookings coordinator, you will be an essential member of the team, working within a fast paced environment dealing with initial enquiries, making outbound calls, and managing inbound calls.You will be a confident, enthusiastic, and determined individual who is looking for a diverse and exciting role helping patients make life changing decisionsDuties of this role include:

  • Deal with all patient enquiriesfor cosmetic surgery & weight loss treatmentsvia the website, email, telephone.
  • Making outbound calls from enquiries
  • Providing detailed information and advice about procedures, Surgeons, Consultants and Doctors
  • Ensuring that the client feels at ease and talk through any concerns
  • Follow up with enquiries & leads in order to maximise the number of appointments and ultimately procedures booked
  • Build rapport with patients
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the services offered and the skillset of each individual surgeon.
  • Various other tasks as required to be necessary for the needs of the business.
Applicants should have the following:
  • You should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment
  • Have a bubbly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in people and the services offered
  • Any previous experience in a similar cosmetic surgery setting would be beneficial
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Be empathetic in your approach.
  • Customer focused.
  • Excellent closing skills, Sales through service ethos is essential
