Our client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Cosmetic Repair Technician to join their Prestige dealership in Trafford. This role will cover the repairs of windscreens, bumpers, doors, mirror covers, SMART, mirror covers & trims.We are looking for an experienced Cosmetic Repair Technician from either a main dealer or independent environment to join our clients leading and well-established brand.To qualify for this role, the Cosmetic Repair Technician must be confident in your own ability and have experience with any type of smart or cosmetic repair on cars, from either a main dealer or independent garage.In return, you can expect a salary of £26,800 (OTE £32,800), up to 27 days paid Annual Leave (based on length of service, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Reward & Recognition Schemes, Staff Discounts, Subsidised Prestige Car Scheme & Employee Wellbeing Programmes. About the Role* Effectively carry out a range of Cosmetic Repairs within agreed service levels (e.g. Manufacturer, Audatex, Internal)* Maintain a strong Colour Library, adding where necessary* Ensure completion estimates are updated in real-time via the Workshop Controller or Estimator.* Keep your work bay clean and tidy at all times in line with both H&S and company requirements.* To ensure all health and safety regulations are followed (E.g.
