There are regular reviewsto aid career development and a clear structure in place to progress from Associate > Senior Associate > Principal Associate > Partner.There is an excellent and broad range of quality corporate work across a wide range of sectors to include corporate transactions, management buy ins/outs, joint venture agreements, private equity, restructuring and partnerships.
