Corporate Solicitor NeededManchester CentralSalary up to £80k DOEI am currently representing a Top 200 Law Firm who are on the market for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a highly experienced department. Within this exciting role you will be assisting four corporate partners with:* a range of transactional matters, spanning private M&A, capital market initial and secondary offerings, venture capital-based transactions acting company and investor side* general corporate matters including drafting Shareholders Agreements and associated articles of association.* preparing key ancillary documents such as disclosure letters relating to the buying and selling of business entities* dealing with exchange and completion formalities in a variety of transactions; and* assisting with the general in-house legal needs of a retained client that is FCA authorised, and client business development and marketing.The Ideal Candidate:* 2 Years + PQE* Experienced within Corporate Law* Strong personal skillsIf you would like to apply for the position please email Millie @ Simpson Judge today.
