Job Description

Corporate Insolvency Administrator opportunity within a Global Advisory practice offering long-term career progression, study support and involvement in a wide variety of insolvency cases and advisory projects.THE COMPANYA global Advisory practice with a UK office network, renowned for providing corporate businesses with Restructuring & Turnaround, Debt Advisory, Due Diligence, M&A / Corporate Finance and Corporate Recovery & Insolvency solutions.THE OPPORTUNITYAn Insolvency Administrator opportunity has arisen within the firms Manchester office offering involvement in a wide range of insolvency cases and advisory work, the chance to pursue professional qualifications and progress to Senior Manager / Directorwithin the team.Ideally you will be an Insolvency Administrator with at least 2 - 3 years experience in Corporate Insolvency cases, or alternatively an AAT Qualified or ACA / ACCA Part-Qualified Accountant with a similar level of experience in accounting and finance. Aboveall you will be motivated by finding solutions to financial problems encountered by businesses and securing futures for businesses and employees.Executive responsibilities will include:

  • Working on Trading Administrations, Liquidations (CVLs) and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs) involving large corporate businesses
  • Progressing cases through to closure
  • Supporting Directors with the sale of businesses in Administration
  • Analysing the financial statements and management accounts of distressed businesses, assisting senior colleagues in preparing cash flow forecasts and projections

THE PERSONYou will be an Accountancy or Corporate Insolvency / Recovery professional able to demonstrate the following:
  • 2 - 3 years Corporate Insolvency case experience
  • CPI Qualified Insolvency Administrator, alternatively an AAT Qualified or ACA / ACCA Part-Qualified Accountant
  • A keen interest in finding solutions to the financial problems faced by businesses and a desire to help secure futures for businesses and employees
