Job Description

CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGERMANCHESTER £35,000 - £45,000 + BENEFITS IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AVAILABLETHE OPPORTUNITY:Get Recruited is partnered with a growing Accountancy Practice, working with SMEs and Sole traders across the UKThrough growth theyre looking to hire a Corporate Finance Manager to work with one of the firms Partners and advise the firms growing client list on Buy side, Sell Side and growth planning.DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Engagements require familiarity engaging with stakeholders in law firms, banks, credit funds, private equity and venture capital firms
  • Leading on financial due diligence assignments for clients and partners
  • Leading on financial model preparation for buy-side/sell-side and diligence assignments
  • Assisting entrepreneurial clients and investors with buy-side, sell-side and growth planning work from conducting research through to lead advisory and execution/implementation
  • Assisting Partner with preparation of prospectuses, reporting and pitched
  • Assisting Partner with developing a growing network of prospect and partner connections
  • Assisting Partner with ad-hoc work and planning for the teams development including training staff from the wider practice
  • No ceiling to the role which could end up leading a function such as Valuations, Debt Advisory, Venture etc Requirements
    • DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • CPA / ACA/ ACCA qualification
  • Minimum 2 years Corporate Finance in Assistant Manager or Manager role
  • Confident with detailed financial modelling & report writing
  • Self-starting problem-solver who enjoys navigating challenging deadlines with unstructured working
  • Team player, able to drive both their own development as well as supporting those around them Rewards
