Corporate Finance Executive / ManagerDescription:Are you a commercially astute Corporate Finance Executive / Manager, looking to develop your career in corporate finance with a highly successful and rapidly expanding practiceDue to continued growth and success, my client is looking to strengthen their corporate finance team with the addition of a Corporate Finance Executive or Manager. As this role is a newly created position, the responsibilities can be molded to suit the individual and you can be based in either the Manchester or Liverpool office.Working closely with the Partner/Director and wider team, you will assist with a variety of corporate finance assignments ranging from business valuations and due diligence to transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, disposals, listings and flotations.Day to day responsibilities will include:·Working closely with the Corporate Finance Partners to prepare the due diligence on a wide range of projects ·Suggest and create scalable internal systems and file documentation ·Market research and compiling target company information ·Show an aptitude on Corporate Finance projects and supply working papers to assist Partners with the delivery of advisory services ·Financial analysis on client businesses ·Use financial modelling to predict outcomes ·Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations ·Prepare legal documents and prospectuses ·Assess and predict financial risks and returns ·Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations ·Network, create and maintain relationships with other corporate finance professionals ·The role will also include building and maintaining good relationships with clients, legal advisors and lenders.Benefits:You will be joining a firm that offers flexible working hours, modern offices, exceptional career development opportunities alongside a highly competitive salary and benefits package.Essential Requirements:·AAT / ACCA / ACA qualified with knowledge of relevant computer packages such as Market IQ ·Demonstrable interest in corporate finance matters and ability to clearly articulate why you have chosen a career within corporate finance ·At least 3 years experience of working within corporate finance (independent practice, boutique and Top 20/Big4 backgrounds will all be considered) ·Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage commercially with clients ·Project and client management skills ·Accurate and organised, with impeccable numeracy/writing skillsVaisto Recruitment offers a generous referral scheme.
