CoreHR Solutions Specialist - Oracle Cloud HCM5m FTCManchesterIntelligent Resource are working with a reputable Retailer in Manchester who are looking to bring in a specialist to support them through the implementation of CoreHRPartnering closely with the wider HR Solutions team you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and development of the CoreHR functional module. You will liaise with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and these are delivered in-line with BAU operation or longer term project activity.As a technical SME you will demonstrate an understanding of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and have a good understanding of the wider system architecture/infrastructure. Youll be someone who can communicate complex technical issues and solutions to an audience with a wide range of technical abilities. You love to make things happen and get excited about identifying and delivering simple solutions to complex problems, at pace.
