Conveyancing Fee Earner Wilmslow£32,000 - £38,000 + CommissionMarket leading law firmOnsite ParkingHybrid office/home work structure My client is recruiting for an experienced fee earner to work within the Conveyancing department. The firm prides themselves on delivering excellent client care and you will be joining an established but busy department.Job description for Conveyancing fee earner

  • Handling a varied caseload of sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold
  • Dealing with files from inception to completion
  • Developing string working relationships with estate agents, clients and solicitors
  • Drafting documents and contracts
  • Conducting searches
  • Completion and post completion duties
  • Client care
  • Updating case management system
  • You will be handling a 40-80 caseload depending on experience
Key skills for Conveyancing fee earner
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • You will be looking for a career and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
  • A proven track record of residential conveyancing
  • Previous people management or team leading experience would be an advantage
